How we help

Every conversation should lead to movement.

We connect the people, decisions and information a freight job needs. Follow the handoffs to see how a brief becomes a coordinated movement.

01 / What we do

Cargo movement, strengthened by capable partners.

Synesys operates on several connected layers. We move cargo for customers, equip transport partners to run their businesses digitally, and created Kweli as an open marketplace. Each has a clear role in a stronger freight ecosystem.

02 / The cargo journey

Digital where it helps. Human where it matters.

Technology gives the work structure. People still make the decisions, solve the exceptions and keep the movement accountable.

01

Understand

We start with the cargo, route, timing and delivery requirements.

02

Source

We look for suitable operator capacity through the relationships and network around the corridor.

03

Coordinate

The movement is managed through clear communication and recorded milestones.

04

Learn

Each completed movement adds context for the next decision.

Behind every movement

The handoffs make the difference.

A freight plan comes alive in the details: the right capacity, the right route, clear instructions and people who stay close to the delivery. Our tools support that work; our team remains accountable for it.

03 / A Synesys initiative

More capable operators. Better cargo movement.

Synesys is a digital logistics service provider. We created Kweli Corridor Network as an open freight marketplace where owner-drivers, startups and growing fleets can be seen for the work they can do.

We call the way we work with transport partners a Synegistics relationship: cargo opportunity, practical digital tools and fair dealing. Partners can use Atlas for Synesys work and their own loads. Kweli gives the wider market a separate place to meet directly.

04 / Built for the corridor

From South African hubs into the SADC region.

Cross-border freight is more than a line on a map. It is an operator, a truck, a border, a timetable and a handover that all have to work together.
